Living History Speaker Series returns in March!

The City of Nanaimo and Seniors Connect are thrilled to announce that the Living History Speaker Series is returning in March!  Please join us at the Wellington Community Hall located at 3922 Corunna Avenue (in the Meeting Hall) for four wonderful nights of speakers sharing stories about their personal history and about the history of Vancouver Island.

This free event will be held the last four Thursdays in March between 6:30 – 8:00 pm (March 8, 15, 22 and 29). Wellington Community Hall is wheelchair accessible from the south parking lot.

Featured speakers for our first event on Thursday, March 8th will be Randy Fred, Stuart Seifert and Thora Howell.

If you need more information about the event, please contact Social Planning at 250-755-4464 and ask to speak to Karin Kronstal or John Horn. Hope to see you there!
