Program Proposal Application Form

Thank you for your interest in our program proposal process. As you might imagine, COVID-19 has brought forth many questions for upcoming programs, including any proposals we have received for the Fall and Winter seasons for our Activity Guide. At this stage, we are monitoring the ever-changing situation and keeping a close watch on what health professionals are advising. Typically we use May and June to discuss the proposals with instructors and begin the process of setting up programs; however, the process this year will obviously be different.

The recreation team is currently looking at all possible scenarios for future programming for the post COVID-19 world which will align with suggested health protocols. As a result, the time for the Fall and Winter seasons will be pushed back until we determine solutions. All Recreation Coordinators are eager to meet with instructors and setup programs even though we may need to modify how we deliver these programs. Once these determinations are made, we will be in touch with you to inform you of our plan and begin the process of program planning.

Thanks for your support. We will get through this together!
