Land transferred to Habitat for Humanity
The sale of City-owned land at 897 Albert Street and 474 and 478 Pine Street to Habitat for Humanity for $1 was approved.

Telecoms tower proposed
The City will provide a letter of concurrence to Industry Canada in response to a proposed 45m telecommunications tower at 821 Maughan Road. 
Section 10c

Nuisance Properties
The property at 204-311 Mt Benson Street was deemed a nuisance. Staff will be authorized to record and charge for municipal services.
Section 11 a

Bylaw Updates
The Business Licence Amendment Bylaw, Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw, Housing Agreement Bylaws, and Council Procedure Bylaw were adopted.

Both Highway Closure and Dedication Removal Bylaws passed third reading.
