Project Description

• New watermain
• New Pressure Reducing Valve Station

The work area spans Dickinson Road, for approximately 400m north of Groveland Drive to Medd Road.

General Considerations

• Typical hours of work for this project will be Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with work after hours and weekends as required.
• Traffic patterns will periodically change during construction hours, a minimum of one lane per direction will be maintained and emergency vehicles will be prioritized.
• Normal traffic flow will be restored after construction hours
• Construction noise and vibration should be expected during working hours.
• Affected residents will be notified 24 hours in advance
• If you live in the area and have young children, please advise them of the dangers of construction and the limited visibility of heavy equipment and trucks
• If heading to Lantzville please take alternative routes to avoid construction traffic delays

Construction Value: $900,000.00

Estimate Construction Start Date: 16 June, 2025

Estimate Construction Completion Date: 30 September, 2025
