Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a spiritual practice and a meditation discipline that originated in China in the early 1990s. It combines gentle qigong exercises, sitting meditation, and moral teachings centered on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. The practice is rooted in ancient Chinese traditions and emphasizes self-cultivation and spiritual development.
