An application to rezone 4900 Island Highway North, to allow for the development of two automobile sales dealerships passed third reading.
Section 8 a

Covenant Discharge
A restriction limiting the use of a property at 1371 Stewart Ave to a parking lot only has been removed, allowing the owners to proceed with the construction of a single residential dwelling.  
Section 8 b

Secondary Suites
A bylaw contravention notice was issued on the property title of 515 Stewart Avenue for an illegal secondary suite.
Section 9 a

Construction started without permit
A bylaw contravention notice was issued on the property titles of 479 Park Avenue and 3650 Planta Road for construction started without a building permit.
Section 9 b,c

Construction not completed
A bylaw contravention notice was issued on the property title of 3162 Mexicana Road for construction not completed as per conditions of the building permit.
