Reports
The following recommendations were approved by Council:
Nuisance Property - 2538 Rosstown Road
Council declared 2538 Rosstown Road a “Nuisance” pursuant to the “Nuisance Abatement and Cost Recovery Bylaw 2019 No. 7250”, and to authorize Staff to record and charge for municipal services, including policing required to abate nuisance activity.
Section 4 a
Bylaw Contravention Notices - Secondary Suites
Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the following properties:
- 1055 Old Victoria Road – authorized secondary suite
- 396 Wakesiah Avenue – authorized secondary suite
- 379 Cariboo Drive – authorized secondary suite
- 443 Fourth Street – illegal secondary suite
Section 4 b
Bylaw Contravention Notice - Construction Not Completed As Per Conditions of Building Permit - 143 Wildlife Place
Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 143 Wildlife Place for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.
Section 4 c
Bylaw Contravention Notice - Construction Not Completed As Per Conditions of Building Permit - 182 Colvilleton Trail
Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 182 Colvilleton Trail for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.

Bylaw Contravention Notice - Construction Not Completed As Per Conditions of Building Permit - 4867 Logan's Run
Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 4867 Logan’s Run for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.

Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 3372 Opal Road for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.

Bylaw Contravention Notice - Construction Started Without a Building Permit - 443 Fourth Street
Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 443 Fourth Street for construction started without a building permit in contravention of “Building Bylaw 2016 No. 7224”.

Bylaw Contravention Notice - Construction Started Without A Building Permit - 4585 Hammond Bay Road
Council directed the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 4585 Hammond Bay Road for construction started without a building permit in contravention of “Building Bylaw 2016 No. 7224”.
