City of Nanaimo Online Account Access Request (MyCity)

Are you looking for your tax, user rates/utility, business licence, or dog licence account information online but don't have an access code? Use this form to request staff review your information and connect your account to an existing MyCity profile.

Note: Access codes from any previous notice can be used to register an account through MyCity, like this one below:

Additionally, please ensure you have a MyCity account before submitting any account access requests.

Please allow five (5) business days (or more depending on volume) for staff to process your request. Once access has been granted, staff will send a confirmation email to the MyCity email address specified in the form submission. Any subsequent submissions will be handled in the order in which they are submitted, so please only submit one request per MyCity profile and account owners.
Please select for which account(a) you would like access information.

Please put all full legal names as they appear on official documentation such as property assessments.

Please provide the month and year you purchased the property (or property ownership changed) in the form YYYY-MM (e.g. 2024-02 for February, 2024).

Please provide the email address associated with your MyCity account. If you don't have one, go to https://mycity.nanaimo.ca and register for one.
