An eTown Hall took place at the start of the Council meeting featuring questions on the draft 2018-2022 Financial Plan. Residents could participate on the City website, Facebook, Twitter, email, phone or in person.

The Downtown Event Revitalization Funding Program received a boost in funding from $117,121 in 2017 to $150,000 in 2018.
