Nanaimo Votes: Information sessions planned for potential candidates

On Saturday, October 15, 2022, voters in the City of Nanaimo will elect a new Council consisting of one Mayor and eight Councillors. Two candidate information sessions will be held on Tuesday, August 23 from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m.

Sessions will be held online via Zoom and a phone in option will be available for anyone with limited access to the internet. Those interested in becoming candidates must register to attend one of the sessions by emailing elections@nanaimo.ca or calling 250-755-4405.
