160 New Housing Units for Nanaimo Homeless

NANAIMO - The Province and the City of Nanaimo have agreed to create up to 160 new supportive housing units at five properties for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, Housing and Social Development Minister Rich Coleman and Nanaimo Mayor Gary Korpan announced today.

Mayor Gary Korpan is appreciative of the work in the community and with the Province.
