The Downtown Community Policing and Services Office is Nanaimo's Policing, By-law Enforcement and Service Information access Provider.
The Community Policing and Services Office motto is "To protect the rights of all community members." And our mission as stated is:
"The Downtown Community Service Office serves to provide complimentary, safe and effective Policing, By-law Enforcement and Awareness of available community services;
and encourages effective communication between the public, service providers, local business and police contributing to the health and vitality of the community."
