Bastion Lighting Colour Blue: Apraxia Awareness Day

May 14 - Childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) is a very misunderstood and very challenging speech disorder that affects nearly 1-in-1,000 children. Without intensive and appropriate speech therapy, children with CAS will not learn to speak. Going into its seventh year internationally, Apraxia Awareness Day aims to unite these children and their friends and family with community members to be an unstoppable, united force advocating and raising awareness about CAS on May 14th.
