Join us for this family-friendly Christmas bird count event for kids 5 to 12 years (parent participation required). Young birders will learn a variety of skills, including how to identify birds that are most common in the Nanaimo area. Participants will also make their own pinecone feeder to attract birds to their own backyard. Please pre-register for this FREE event.

Please bring binoculars, bird guide (if you have them), warm clothes, rain gear and appropriate footwear for the weather and a travel mug and bagged lunch.
