New Procedure Bylaw
The new Council Procedure Bylaw will be presented at the October 1, 2018 Council for reading.
Section 6 b

Permissive Tax Exemptions 
The 1st Nanaimo Scout Group will receive a 2019 permissive tax exemption for the Scout Hut located at 445 Comox Road and the Enchanted Woodland Childcare Centre at 1243 Nelson Street will not receive one. 
Section 7 a

The Property Tax Exemption Bylaw for 2019 Property Taxes passed three readings.
Section 7 b

Noise Bylaw 
Options and recommendations to update the Noise Exempt Bylaw will be brought to the new Council for their consideration.
