Central Island Emergency Services Communications Partnership Funding
A recommendation will be going to Council to approve the 900Mhz link system and allocate $30,000 from the Enhanced 911 (E911) Reserve.

Hammond Bay Road Widening and Storm Improvement Projects
A recommendation will be going to Council to approve an additional $195,107 from the Development Cost Charge (DCC) Roads Reserve for the Hammond Bay Road Widening and Utility Improvements Project.

Harewood Youth Parks
A recommendation will be going to Council for Staff to amend the 2019-2023 Financial Plan to fast-track Phase 2 of the Harewood Youth Park project, to be completed with Phase 1 in 2020.

Additional Refuse Collection Fleet
Recommendations will be going to Council to approve the purchase of two used refuse collection trucks – one as a spare, and one to be added to the collection service to reduce route sizes.  The recommendation also includes fast-tracking the start date of the additional Refuse Collector from January 2020 to December 1, 2019.

Consideration of New Permissive Tax Exemption Applications
A recommendation will be going to Council to award a Permissive Tax Exemption for the 2020 tax year to the Canadian Mental Health Association Mid-Island for the property that is being leased on the lower level of 290 Bastion Street.

One-time Bonus Gas Tax Payment
A recommendation will be going to Council to use the one-time bonus Gas Tax payment to fund the Metral Drive Complete Streets Phase 2 project.
