Finance and Audit Committee - February 20, 2019

The Finance and Audit Committee have recommended the following motions be sent to Council for their approval:

Key date calendar set

The key date calendar for Finance & Audit Committee meetings in 2019 has been set.

Parkade repairs

Funding of $136,100 to complete repairs to the Bastion Street parkade.  

Downtown parking signs

Funding of $17,500 to install time limit signage where meters were vandalised downtown. 

Pedestrian warning flashers

Projects to install three new pedestrian warning flashers, to be funded by ICBC and the New Horizons Senior Program. 

New automated garbage truck

Borrowing of up to $432,396 from the Municipal Finance Authority for a new automated garbage truck.
