Summer Concerts in the Park Series 2020 Application

Thank you for expressing an interest in participating in our Summer Concerts in the Park entertainment. Applications will be accepted until March 31st at midnight. 

Summer Concerts in the Park occur Wednesday evenings, 6-7:30 pm, at the  Bowen Park Amphitheatre in July and Maffeo Sutton Park's Lions Pavilion in August. Lunch time concerts are held Tuesdays at lunch, 12:30-1:30 pm, in Maffeo Sutton Park's Lions Pavilion in July and the Bowen Park Amphitheatre in August. Depending on the weather and interest, our concerts can attract crowds varying in size from 75 – 300+ people.

Groups will need to provide their own sound system and will receive a small remuneration for their performance. Please provide an audio recording of your music or website containing sound samples of your material. This will assist us in our performance selection. When we look at making our selection, we consider entertainment value and interaction with the audience, as well as the variety in styles of entertainment over the series of our summer concerts.

Choice Selection:

Please number your choices 1 through 16, i.e. #1 being your first choice, #2 your second, etc.

Lunch Concerts:

Tuesdays, 12:30-1:30 pm

Evening Concerts:

Wednesdays, 6-7:30 pm
