Realtor Energy Efficiency Program

The Realtor Energy Efficiency Project (REEP) is a program that educates realtors about energy efficiency benchmarking and home retrofit incentive programs that are available to homeowners.

Realtors are seen as in a unique position to provide advice on energy efficiency to homeowners/sellers at a critical time when retrofit incentive opportunities are available.

REEP contributes towards the City of Nanaimo's climate action reduction targets by encouraging and educating realtors and homeowners about the opportunities to improve building energy efficiency for both residential and commercial buildings.
