Sealed tenders, clearly marked “Island Highway 1 South Watermain Replacement T-2730-2020” will be received by the Manager of Purchasing & Stores up to 3:00 p.m. local time, 2020-OCT-13, at the Purchasing office, City of Nanaimo, 2020 Labieux Rd, Nanaimo, BC, V9T 6J9.

Tenders will NOT be opened in public; however, results shall be posted to the website as soon as reasonably practicable.

It is the sole responsibility of the person(s) submitting to deliver the tender to the Manager of Purchasing & Stores before the closing time.

The works consist the replacement of watermains on Island Highway 1 South, Melideo Road and McKenzie Road with installation of approximately 860m of pipe, associated fittings and service connections plus related works.

This tender is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade Annex 502.4.
