Sealed tenders, clearly marked “Caspers Way Roads & Utility Project T-2649-2020” will be received by the Manager of Purchasing & Stores up to 3:00 p.m. local time, 2020-JUN-09, at the Purchasing office, City of Nanaimo, 2020 Labieux Rd, Nanaimo, BC, V9T 6J9.

Tenders will NOT be opened in public; however, results shall be posted to the website as soon as reasonably practicable.

It is the sole responsibility of the person(s) submitting to deliver the tender to the Manager of Purchasing & Stores before the closing time.

The works consist of the installation of approximately 160m of 200mm dia. PVC watermain, 180m of 150mm dia. sanitary sewer, 265m of 300mm to 525mm dia. storm sewer, concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, a multi-use path with retaining wall, walkway lighting, and all works incidental thereto as shown on the drawings.

This tender is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade Annex 502.4.
