Block Watch

To be considered an active Block Watch, the Block Captain must have submitted their participation sheet to the Bloc Watch Co-ordinators, submitted a map of the participating homes, and held at least one meeting in the previous year.  These criteria must be met before a Block is eligible for a home insurance discount.
