Using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, including safe core work on the floor, this class will focus on strength training and will help improve balance and everyday movement. You will also support bone and cardiovascular health, boost your energy and enhance your ability to stay active and independent. Previous exercise experience is recommended.
