Exercise Program) FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) is a group exercise program developed for people who have had a stroke or other neuro-protective needs like Parkinsons and MS and who have some standing and walking ability. The program aims to improve mobility, cardiovascular fitness and arm and hand function. A physical therapist will facilitate various exercises with the goal of improving neuro-fitness.
