Inspections requested by 4:00 p.m. of any business day will be carried out the next business day. Please note, due to the volume of inspections, we do not book times.
Where more than 2 inspections are necessary when 1 inspection is normally required a re-inspection charge of $100.00 plus GST shall be paid prior to each additional inspection.
No work that requires inspection shall be concealed until a building inspector has inspected it and accepted it in writing.
An Occupancy Permit shall not be issued unless all aspects of the work requiring inspection and acceptance have both been inspected and accepted by the building inspector.
