Solid waste collections cancelled due to road conditions

The City of Nanaimo has temporarily suspended collection of garbage, recycling and kitchen waste due to the high risk of injury from ice and snow conditions.

Residents are asked to bring in their garbage, recycling and kitchen waste for the time being. Please check the City website (www.nanaimo.ca) and social media accounts for continued updates.
