Public invited to open house for Greater Nanaimo Water District Lands

Summary

The City of Nanaimo will be hosting an open house on the future use of the Greater Nanaimo Water District Lands on Saturday, December 3. The intent of this public session is to receive input on the future uses for these public lands located on Nanaimo Lakes Road.

At the open house, residents will learn about the lands, their current uses, development challenges, biological assessment and planning policy. They will also have the opportunity to provide input on what they would like to see these lands used for.
