Temporary closures for Westwood trail

BC Hydro conducting brush clearing and tree falling work

Summary

Starting May 30, the lake trail and sections of the off-leash dog area in Westwood Lake Park will be closed intermittently during working hours while BC Hydro crews perform brush clearing work. Crews will be working between the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Those wishing to use the area are permitted to do so outside of the mentioned working hours.

The project is expected to be completed by Friday, June 3.
