Residents encouraged to complete City services survey

With two days left before the City services survey closes, residents are encouraged to supply their feedback and complete the survey before November 27.

This year marks the first time the City has included a survey as part of its outreach to residents during the annual budget review process. Residents can complete the survey by visiting the website at www.nanaimo.ca.

The survey covers 13 business areas where City services are provided. Residents are asked to provide their opinion on the level of importance each service level has, as well as their level of satisfaction for that service.

In addition to the survey, the City also hosted its third budget focused eTown Hall November 23rd. A total of 25 questions related to the budget were asked via Twitter, Facebook, website, phone call and in person during the one and a half hour session.
