New City Hall Annex

The City of Nanaimo has awarded an $11.875 million design-build contract to ICI/Windley to construct a replacement building for the City Hall Annex. The new building, which will be located at 411 Dunsmuir St, will be built to a LEED Gold standard and should be completed by the fall of 2012.
